However if your site doesnt meet our submission requirements, it will not be added to our directory and review fee will be refunded to you. But once your site is approved and added to our web directory, there will be no refund provided in any case.
- We dont make any guarantee or warrantee that your site link will be placed exactly in the category you submitted. To follow google webmaster guidelines and to maintain a seo friendly directory, your link will be placed in the category it fits for. For example, if your site provide information on Michael Jackson then your site will be placed in "Michael Jackson" category and it will not be put in "Dance" or "Music" category(which could be top level category then "Michael Jackson"). If there is no category related to your site in the directory, we will create a new category and place your site there. In that case new category will be having no page rank and we will not be responsible for that. But that is for sure, the new category will acuire page rank in next google page rank update. But if you are understable you must know once a page is crawled by google it start getting page rank in subsequent crawls but the page rank is displayed in google toolbar only during page rank update by google. If you are not sure about category to submit you can always contact us first.

Your site link from Madhav Directory is permanent as long as the directory exists. If for some reasons directory is removed or penalized from search engines, there will no refund provided in any case.
